Dear Tamie,
Thank you for sending me your report.I was very sorry to hear of all the damage that occurred as a result of the earthquake.How awful-it is a terrible thing that Japan suffers so often from these quakes.Luckily in UK this never happens.Thrilled that you were able to grant money to the charities to help the poor suffers.
The NGS had a pretty good year in 2004, although we raised slightly less money than we did in 2003-which was our record year.2004 Summer was very wet which put off many garden visitors.In spite of the reduction in visitors we will probably be granting about 1.8m to our Beneficiaries.Keep up the good work and a Happy New Year to you.

親愛なるタミエ
「N.G.S.ジャパン」に関するレポートを送ってくれてありがとう。地震によって起きた全ての災害についてお悔やみいたします。今回の地震により日本に与えた被害はなんて恐ろしいことなのでしょう。幸運にも英国では地震はありません。あなたが気の毒な被災者を助けるためチャリティ団体へ寄付を贈られたことに感激しています。
2004年の「The N.G.S.」の成績はかなり良いものでした、しかし、我々の記録的な年だった2003年には少々及ばなかったのですが。
2004年の夏は、雨が多く来園を取りやめた方々が多かったのです。来園客の減少にもかかわらず、たぶん我々は、約３億６千万円の寄付をチャリティ団体へ贈ることが出来るでしょう。
良い仕事をし続けなさい、そして新年明けましておめでとう。

Thank you very much for your report. I will send it to our Council members, I am sure they will be delighted at everything you are doing to promote the idea of a garden scheme in Japan
.We are also talking to colleagues in France about setting up a scheme there, so perhaps 2005 will be the year when NGS goes global!
